Nouns & Adjectives 1

Previous:         Next: Nouns & Adjectives 2

Adjectives must "agree" with the related noun in both gender, number, and you will soon see "definiteness".

The examples below show the pattern of how the adjective matches the noun. If the noun is masculine, the adjective is masculine. If the noun is feminine, the adjective is feminine. If the noun is plural, the adjective is plural, and so on.

The word "YELED" and "YALDAH" are one of those types of nouns, from the same root, that can be masculine or feminine.
They are actually from the root verb "NOLAD" which mean "to give birth".
