This process is different depending on whether you paid with Paypal or Credit Card.
Paypal
If you subscribed with Paypal, you selected either a monthly or annual subscription, and Paypal automatically handles that. You can cancel using the procedures below. Note, we cannot cancel it ofr you.
On the PayPal Website
- Log in: Go to PayPal.com and log in to your PayPal account.
- Go to Settings: Click on the gear icon (Settings) in the upper right corner.
- Select Payments: Click on “Payments”.
- Choose Automatic Payments or Subscriptions: Select either “Automatic payments” or “Subscriptions and saved businesses”.
- Find the Subscription: Locate the merchant or subscription you want to cancel.
- Cancel the Subscription: Click “Cancel” next to the subscription you wish to cancel. \
On the PayPal App
- Log in: Open the PayPal app and log in to your account.
- Tap Menu: Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner.
- Select Wallet: Scroll down and tap “Wallet”.
- Choose Manage AutoPay: Tap “Manage AutoPay”.
- Find the Merchant: Tap the merchant you want to cancel the subscription for.
- Remove PayPal as Payment Method: Tap “Remove PayPal as your payment method”.
Credit Card
